Susan Prince is a vibrant member of the marketing
community. She has the insight, ideas and passion
her clients depend on to achieve marketing success.
From large financial institutions, to rapidly expanding
technology companies, to shoestring non-profits, she
has worked with a variety of organizations - each
facing the same challenge - how to connect with their
audience in a meaningful way. As the number and types
of marketing messages have exploded, sustained customer
engagement has become ever more elusive. Susan has
proven herself to be a trusted guide for companies
and organizations looking to navigate this brave new
world.
Susan has a reputation for developing thoughtful strategies
and spot-on content as well as execution across a
broad range of services. She has directed successful
media campaigns that attracted significant press coverage;
coordinated direct marketing campaigns that achieved
above industry-average response rates; and managed
social media presences that fostered meaningful conversations.
Her successful projects include: coordinating the
launch of a new product into Target stores; directing
the re-branding efforts at several major manufacturing
and technology companies; and,developing outreach
materials to attract corporate investors.
Her passion for marketing extends
beyond client engagements. She currently serves on
the Executive Board of Rockville Economic Development,
Inc. and is a popular speaker on marketing topics.
She has spoken at the Washington Board of Trade, the
Maryland Department of Economic Development (TEDCO),
the Community Business Partnership and several local
Women's Business Center chapters.
Susan's previous experience includes serving as Vice
President of Marketing for InteliData Technologies,
and as Director, Treasury Cash Management at Prudential
Home Mortgage Company. She also spent seven years
on Wall Street as Vice President, Cash Management
Sales Division at Bankers Trust Company. Her experience
during the initial World Trade Center bombing in 1993
cemented her decision to leave NYC and head back to
her roots in DC. She now happily resides in her hometown
outside Washington, DC, where she lives with her husband,
two children and Bailey, the dog.
Susan earned her MBA from the Fuqua School of Business
at Duke University and her undergraduate degree in
International Relations & Economics from Tulane University.
